I am a former first grade teacher and was brought into the real estate world through my first home buying experience. The real estate agent that sold me my first home is now my broker and mentor. She encouraged me to become her assistant and get my real estate license and I am so thankful that I took her advice! I have been working with Teresa Palumbo for over 10 years and I have learned first hand about all aspects of real estate. Most importantly, I have learned how to HELP people buy or sell a home. I started out selling on-site in a new home community, working with builders and new homeowners. Today I still work with builders in new home sales, but I also list and sell homes & land in 5 counties, and provide property management for homes and apartments.
